Feeling spaced out?
Adding additional space to your building typically costs more than remodeling existing floor space. Therefore, only after we evaluate whether there's enough existing space to meet your needs do we turn our attention towards building onto your home.
Hopefully you won't need additional space but if you do, we're ready, willing and able to help you design and build such space.
Let's look at some of the additions we've designed and/or built over the years........
Bathroom addition and remodel
Challenge: create an addition to combine an enlarged bathroom and laundry facilities, while also including space for antiques.
Solution: a double gable addition was designed to hold a slipper tub and toilet, while the laundry was tucked into space gleaned from the hallway and hidden behind custom doors.

Expand living space into a former attic
Challenge: the client was out of space and the existing attic was both spectacular and under- utilized.
Solution: turn a bedroom on the floor below the attic into a stairwell; provide numerous operable skylights for ventilation and daylight; optimize the use of the low-headroom areas.
